I hereby acknowledge that I am solely responsible for selecting and purchasing the appropriate medical and travel insurance before leaving my country and travelling to the EHC event. If I choose not to purchase medical and/or travel insurance for the duration of my trip and a medical or travel problem should take place, I will not hold the European Haemophilia Consortium responsible for any such expenses incurred during and while in transit to or from the above-mentioned events.

Please note that EHC will not be providing treatments to delegates. We kindly ask you to bring your own treatment for the entire duration of the event and ensure it is packed in your hand luggage. For EU residents a valid European Social Security Card is strongly recommended.
